You must use Reporting Tool 2012 (Tree icon on desktop) to print contracts.

Contracts are created in HRMS from the Employee Demographics page (Other/Contract) or from the Mass Contract Build (Home Page/Employees/Employee Page/Mass Updates/Build Contracts).
