Web Report 800004 – HRMS Employees with No Position Assignments displays HRMS employees with an "Active" or "Leave" employee status who have no current or future assignments. Substitutes are excluded.


Tips:


This report is used for data cleanup in preparation for running the SS-200 and SS-300 Reports.

If an employee on the report needs to be assigned to a position for reporting or other purposes:
  1. If the employee's position doesn't exist in HRMS, create the position in Position Management.
  2. Assign the employee to the appropriate position from the Employee Demographics page.
  3. If an employee's employment status in HRMS is incorrect, perform the appropriate Staff Action in HRMS to update.
