800004 – HRMS Employees with No Position Assignments displays HRMS employees with an "Active" or "Leave" employee status who have no current or future assignments. Substitutes are excluded.
Tips:
This report is used for data cleanup in preparation for running the
SS-200 and
SS-300 Reports.
If an employee on the report needs to be assigned to a position for reporting or other purposes:
- If the employee's position doesn't exist in HRMS, create the position in Position Management.
- Assign the employee to the appropriate position from the Employee Demographics page.
- If an employee's employment status in HRMS is incorrect, perform the appropriate Staff Action in HRMS to update.
