There have been reported issues with HRMS functions such as:

1. When trying to Search Applications By Vacancy, the list of vacancies do not appear in the dropdown box for selection after entering first part of position number or position description.
2. When accessing the Staff Action Console, there is no error, just a spinning arrow that never takes you to the console.

The common factor in these issues was the use of Zscaler.

To fix, make sure I.T. changes settings to allow the following URLs to bypass Zscaler's user authentication:
