HRMSIDs are assigned to every staff member entered into the HRMS system.

The HRMSID is unique for each individual* and used solely for the transfer of data from a CEU (Continuing Education Unit) vendor to an LEA's HRMS system.

     *Note: If the employee's SSN is changed in HRMS, it will generate a new HRMSID.

The HRMSID should not be used for any other purpose and is not visible on any screen in HRMS. (Usually, only LEAs that are accepting CEU information from a vendor are even aware if this ID.)

When a staff member is added to HRMS it can take up to 24 hours for the HRMSID to be created and assigned to the staff member.
