KB11301 - How can I print an old Career Contract?

Occasionally there may be a need to reprint on old Career Contract. Below are instructions.
If the Career contract already exists in HRMS, perform the following steps:
- Contact HRMS Support and have them change the "Contract Type" of the Career Contract to "Teacher".
- Open the HRMS Reporting Tool and complete the selection criteria, selecting "Teacher" as the type of contract.
- Go over to the right pane and select "Templates" (in the upper left), then "Load".
- Now you must search for the old "careercontract.rtf". Use the search box in the upper right to find this template.
- Once found, select it. It will appear in the right pane.
- Print the contract.
- Contact HRMS Support and have them change the Contract code back to Career.
If the Career contract does not exist in HRMS, perform the following steps:
- Create a "Teacher" Contract for the person.
- Contact HRMS Support and have them change the "Contract Type" to "Teacher".
- Open the HRMS Reporting Tool and complete the selection criteria, selecting "Teacher" as the type of contract.
- Go over to the right pane and select "Templates" (in the upper left), then "Load".
- Now you must search for the old "careercontract.rtf". Use the search box in the upper right to find this template.
- Once found, select it. It will appear in the right pane.
- Print the contract.
- Contact HRMS Support and have them change the Contract code back to Career.
