Substitute profiles are created (Edit Substitute Profile) in order to allow principals to view substitutes for their site from the Principals Page (Home Page/Principals).

Substitutes may be placed into assignments to track their employment history.

It is recommended that the position numbers used for substitutes are easily recognizable (e.g. position number contains "S").

Note: Payroll Budget Codes for substitutes are not imported for display in HRMS; therefore, you cannot put the HRMS position number on the payroll assignment record from within HRMS for these substitutes.
