Quick Facts
- Once submitted, there is not a place in HRMS to see that these staff actions were entered by a certain person....on a certain date....etc....
- If the SSN that you are changing to already exists in HRMS, you will get an error message. In the case where someone is in HRMS with both an incorrect and correct SSN, you will need to contact HRMS support .

Submit button.
If successful, a message (example below) will appear.
