Web Report
800005 displays employees who have an active payroll assignment and it is missing (or contains an invalid) HRMS Position number.
Tips:
- This report is used for data cleanup in preparation for running the SS-200 and SS-300 Reports.
- This report will never be blank. There will be payroll assignment records that you do not want attached to a position. For example, bus driver payroll assignment for driving an activity bus.
- If a value is listed in the Payroll HRMS pos number column on the report, it means that the employee does not have a current or future assignment for that position number in HRMS. (The assignment may have ended and archived in HRMS.)
HRMS provides two options for updating the
Payroll HRMS position number:
- The Payroll Position Number Update Tool - This is recommended if you have a large volume of HRMS Position numbers to assign to Payroll.
- Note: You must use this option to remove an HRMS Position number from a Payroll Budget Code.
- The Edit Employee Assignment option – This method is useful if you have only a few to update.
