This option is available on various Standard Reports and Letters. The default option is used to select employees whose license expires on June 30th of a specific year.
The date range option is used to select employees whose license expires within a certain date range. You would use the date range option to include International Faculty whose license expires when their work authorization ends.

How to use the Field
Note: this selection option is required on some reports and optional on others.
Default Option:
- Enter a 4-digit year to select employees whose License expires on June 30th of that year.
Date Range Option:
- Click the Range button.
- Enter the start and end dates of the range or click the drop-down arrow to select the date from a calendar.
- Click the Range button again to return to the default option.
