If this problem occurs, most likely your Internet Explorer Browser is not in Compatibility Mode.

1. From the Tools Menu, Select Compatibility View Settings

2. Check that the HRMS URL is listed in websites added to compatibility view.

3. Make sure that "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is checked. Click on Close.

4. Press Ctrl F5 to refresh settings.
5. You may need to shut down IE completely and restart HRMS from the login.
6. Try to complete the staff action again.
7. If this does not resolve the access issue or you are using Edge to access HRMS, please contact HRMS Support.
