KB11201 - The Split of Content and Literacy credits is not occuring when I post a class

The split of Academic and Literacy credits only occurs if Academic Credits + Literacy Credits totals more than the Total number of credits being awarded for the class (See
Content and Literacy Credits). This can become an issue if there are additional types of credits being awarded.
For example:
Total Credit = 1.4
School Admin = .2
Tech = .6
Content = .6
Literacy = .6
In this scenario, you really want the Content and Literacy to be "split", first applying Literacy credits for the Renewal Cycle up to 1.0, then applying to Content. The problem is that Content (.6) + Literacy (.6) is less than the Total (1.4) to be awarded. Therefore the credits are posted as entered. Both Content and Literacy are awarded as .6 credits.
In order to resolve, you can:
1) Post as normal, then manually update each person's credits.
2) Post the Literacy and Content as one class (split will occur) and post the other credits as a different class on the same date.
