Note: in order for someone to run ALL Local Web Reports, they must have the "System Administrator" role.
To allow staff to run specific local reports, you enter the user name in the Local Web Report configuration. See below:
If you want someone to have access to run one or more Local Web Reports and have no other access within HRMS, HRMS requires at least one User Role to be selected. Select ONLY the "Administrative Applications Viewer" role role to do this. (Note: The "Administrator App Viewer" role is no longer used for any other access).
