Every morning at 7:30, the HRMS Salary Schedule/Grade/Step table is deleted and recreated from payroll data.
If the Payroll file is "busy" the HRMS Salary Schedule/Grade/Step table will be empty.

Copy the link below to your browser, add your LEA's IP address, and press enter. This will reload the table.

For LINQ/ISIS 6 LEAs:

There could be another issue. In HRMS, there can be only 1 salary for each unique Salary Schedule, Grade and Step.

LINQ/ISIS 6 allows different salaries for each unique Job Code (in HRMS referred to as Salary Schedule), Grade and Step as long as the Job Code "Description" is different.

The load of current Salary Schedules, Grades and Steps into HRMS fails when it reaches the duplicate.

When this occurs, payroll will either need to remove the duplicate and rerun the option to "push" data to HRMS and/or you will need to call HRMS Support to correct.
