Solution

Once a Position Title is added to HRMS, it cannot be removed through the HRMS interface.

Please contact DPI HRMS support to have a Position Title removed.

Note: If a Position Title is deleted and there are positions using the deleted Position Title, there is no longer a Position Title description to display.
All affected positions will need a new valid position title before deletion.
