Steps for Granting Access to the Dismissed Teacher List (DTL) that is maintained by the North Carolina State Board of Education.
HRMS Home Page > Manage Users > Select Registrant ID >
Select the Dismissed Teacher List Role and Click on Submit. Wait one full day to test access.
