This option is available on various Standard Reports and Letters. It is used to select employees based on the Active Indicator assigned to their Employment Status. (This indicator is set by the System Administrator in LEA Configuration.)
Employee Status Examples:
- Active: 01 (Permanent Full-Time)
- Inactive: 61 (Resigned - Family Relocation)
- Leave: 80 (Leave - Military)
- Pending: 00 (None: status could the result of adding a future new hire to HRMS)
How to use the criteria
You may select one or more of the following:
- 1 -Active (default)
- 2 -Inactive
- 3 -Leave (default)
- 4 -Pending
