Web Reports
User Roles: Varies by Report

HRMS Web Reports include simple LEA reports that do not require extensive calculations or formatting. More complex reports are available in the HRMS 
Reporting Tool application.
To access Web Reports: 
HRMS Home > Reporting > Web Reports
The HRMS Web Reports page will display.
- The reports available to you depend on your HRMS User Role.
 
- To access a report, click on the Report Name.
 
- To sort the list by a specific column, click the triangles in the column heading.
 
- Once results display in your browser, perform the following keyboard shortcuts to export to Excel.
- Click on the results
 
- Ctrl A (Selects all data. The data will highlight.)
 
- Ctrl C (Copies all data to clipboard. You will not see anything happen.)
 
- Open Excel and click on a cell
 
- Ctrl V (Paste)
