Licensure Report
User Roles: Any user with Reporting Tool installed on PC

The
Licensure Report displays employee, assignment, license, and license area information for selected employees. The report can be sorted by (1)employee name or (2)site and employee name.
The
Program Codes option allows you to select:
- All licensed employees
- Initial (formerly SPI) licenses (active or inactive)
- Initial (formerly SPI) licenses (inactive only)
- Initial (formerly SPI) licenses (active only)
- Lateral entry licenses
- Non-provisional licenses
- Provisional licenses
- Testing requirements
- Continuing (formerly SPII) licenses
- Choose my own Program Codes

Sample Report
