Installing

Note: Installing the new version will not overwrite the old version of the Reporting Tool.

• The older version does sometimes cause issues with the same username and password. Have your IT department uninstall the version that is currently installed and then follow the instructions to install the most recent version.

To install the Reporting Tool application:

• Go to the Reporting Tool Download Page
• Click on the install button to download the zip file.
• Once that is downloaded, Crystal Reportswill need to be downloaded
• Run the following to install the newest version of Reporting Tool

Upgrading

When a new release is made available, the system will update automatically after the Reporting Tool is started, closed and re-started.
