Web Report 800006 displays HRMS employees with an active or leave employment status and no active payroll assignments.
Tips:
- This report is used for data cleanup in preparation for running the SS-200 and SS-300 Reports.
- Substitute, Mentor, Stipend, Staff Development, and Overtime are not considered active payroll assignments.
- If an employee's Employee Status in HRMS is inaccurate, perform the appropriate Staff Action in HRMS to correct the employee's status.
