000126 - Employee Race, Ethnicity Report
User Roles: System Administrator, Finance Officer

Report Description: This report displays race/ethnicity information for employees who are active or on leave.
If a Site is specified, ONLY employees with a current or future primary assignment at that Site will be included.
Tips:
- Keeping the defaults and clicking on Submit returns data for all current and future staff.
- Note: the option Only Show Employees with Old Ethnicities that Require Re-Identification is no longer applicable.
Output Options: Web (Default), Excel
Selection Criteria:
- Site: Defaults to ALL sites if left blank
- Only Show Employees with no New Race/Ethnic Codes listed OR Hispanic/Latino Employees with no other Race/Ethnic Codes selected.
- No new Ethnic Codes selected, OR
- Only Hispanic/Latino indicated
- Only Show Employees with Old Ethnicities that Require Re-Identification:
- This option is no longer applicable
